We are a farming family based in the Yarra Valley, raising pasture fed Wagyu and Angus cattle in the Yarra Valley and in Glenburn. Our goal is to create the finest tasting beef in a healthy, humane and environmentally conscious manner.
We raise our animals with care on lush pastures, ensuring they experience a high quality of life with room to roam and minimal stress. Our animals enjoy a rich pasture mix, including clovers, native legumes and rye grass, and move regularly from paddock to paddock to enable pasture regeneration after grazing. We believe that feeding our animals only on pasture is the most natural way to raise them, and also optimizes the flavour and health attributes of our beef. Our animals have never received hormone growth promotants or antibiotics.
